Clatsop County Public Health, Columbia Memorial Hospital, Columbia Pacific CCO, Columbia County Public Health, and Providence Health & Services are conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to understand the strengths, needs and challenges impacting health in the North Coast region. The information collected will help guide planning and action to improve the health of residents who live, work, and play in our community.
