Clatsop County parks offer a variety of recreational opportunities, including lake and river access, swimming, boating, fishing, picnicking and wildlife observation. You are invited to download a printable brochure describing and locating the parks. A map is available as a PDF document.

User fees

The day-use fee for Cullaby Lake, Carnahan Park and John Day is $5 per vehicle each day.

Annual passes

Annual passes provide unlimited access to Cullaby Lake, Carnahan Park and John Day throughout the calendar year. The cost is $30 for a pass, which is transferable between vehicles. To purchase an annual pass by mail, please complete this park pass application. Park passes can also be purchased in person at the Clatsop County Clerk's Office, 820 Exchange St., second floor, Astoria OR at the Clatsop County Fisheries/Parks Office at 2001 Marine Drive, Rm. 253, Astoria, OR. Hours for Fisheries is 8-4:30 daily, closed noon - 1:00 p.m. for lunch.
