November 7, 2023 Regular Election - This election affects those registered in the Cannon Beach Rural Fire Protection District and within the city limits of City of Warrenton.

| September 11, 2023 | Last day to file measure arguments for county voters’ pamphlet. |
| September 23, 2023 | UOCAVA (Uniformed and Overseas voters) ballots are mailed. |
| October 9, 2023 | Out of state ballots mailed. |
| October 17, 2023 | Last day to register to vote. Registration cards that are postmarked by this date are valid registrations for the Special Election. |
| October 18-24, 2023 | Official Ballots mailed. |
| October 30, 2023 | Public Certification Test will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. at the Boyington Building, 857 Commercial St., Astoria. |
| November 7, 2023 | ELECTION DAY: The Clatsop County Elections Office will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Ballots must be delivered to an official drop site or the County Clerk’s Office, 820 Exchange St., 2nd Floor, Astoria no later than 8 p.m. on this date. Ballots that are mailed must be postmarked by election day. |
| November 14, 2023 | Last day to receive valid postmarked ballots by mail. |
| November 22, 2023 | Information identifying voters with ballots challenged for missing or non-matching signatures available for public inspection. |
| November 28, 2023 | Last day to resolve ballot challenges. |
